We spent this past Thursday bottling our two 2014 white wines, the Rhapsody Pinot Blanc and the Prelude Rosé of Pinot Noir.
Something is missing...
The Blanc went on the line first.
Filling first.
Moving from cork to capsule application.
Labels applied and ready for boxing.
After 117 cases of Rhapsody were boxed, it was time for the pink stuff.
The Rosé takes its turn.
And Erica, our consulting winemaker, got a spare second from cork refilling to work it in her new Bells Up Winery t-shirt.
Like a boss!
After sealing up 55 cases of the Prelude Rosé, the only thing left to do was load up Bluebell and head back to the new winery/tasting room.
