Book your spot at the table for one of THREE seated tastings at 11am, 1pm, or 3pm. Featuring small bites pairings from our dear friend and talented chef Kim Lattig of Ø Horizon Provisions. Kim and her team will be preparing seasonal, hyper-local nibbles that perfectly compliment four Bells Up wines.

- 2022 Joy Estate Seyval Blanc Brut (DEBUT WINE!) paired with Cossanella (a Robiola-style cows’ milk cheese from the Piedmont region in Italy)
- 2022 Prelude Estate Rosé of Pinot Noir (NEW RELEASE!) paired with Pinot Noir Poached Pear Pie Bite with Garam Masala Sugar Crust
