The sumptuous, five-course menu will feature five Bells Up wines:
- 2021 Rhapsody Pinot Blanc paired with Bresaola, Finocchi & Gorgonzola (Authentic thinly shaved cured beef served with marinated fennel & gorgonzola)
- 2021 Prelude Estate Rosé of Pinot Noir paired with Gamberi con salsa Fredda (Roasted prawns served on a strawberry tomato chilled sauce)
- 2019 Titan Willamette Valley Pinot Noir paired with Risotto all’Alpina (Authentic risotto with homemade smoked pancetta & porcini mushroom)
- 2019 Candide Reserve Pinot Noir paired with Brasato di Agnello alla Siciliana (Slowly braised Sicilian style lamb served on creamy potatoes)
- 2020 Firebird Summit View Vineyard Syrah paired with Cheesecake di Taleggio e More (Taleggio Italian style cheesecake topped with house-made blackberry sauce)
