Bells Up Summer Winemaker Dinner at Rosmarino

Join Dave and Sara on Friday, July 11, 2025 for another remarkable winemaker dinner featuring Bells Up wines paired with Chef Dario Pisoni’s incomparable Italian fare at his restaurant in Newberg, Rosmarino Osteria Italiana.
There are TWO separate dining opportunities:
- Outdoor, Enclosed Patio Dinner (Doors open at 4:30 pm & Dinner starts at 5:00 pm)
- Main Dining Room Dinner (Doors open at 7:00 pm & Dinner starts at 7:30 pm)

Communal Tables are available for anyone with seating needs outside of a party of 4. Simply email reservations@osteriarosmarino.com with the number of guests in your party (1, 2, 3, or 5), and they will find you a spot.
PAIRINGS MENU
The sumptuous menu will feature five Bells Up wines:
- 2024 Rhapsody Estate Pinot Blanc paired with Granchio Asparagi E Finocchi (Dungeness Crab served with Fennel, Roasted Asparagus & Pineapple Aioli)
- 2021 Maestro Estate Reserve Pinot Noir paired with Pancetta & Bagnetto Rosso (Slowly cooked Pork Belly served with roasted Peppers)
- 2021 Firebird Summit View Vineyard Syrah paired with Pasta Alla Zozzona (Housemade Pasta with Authentic Rome’s Zozzona Sauce)
- 2021 New World Summit View Vineyard Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Guancia Di Maiale (Slowly, red wine & dry cherries Braised Pork Cheeks served with Smoked Potato Mousseline & Roasted Beets)
- 2024 Joy Estate Seyval Blanc Brut paired with Torta Basca Al Limone (Lemon, Basque style, Cheesecake)
