Named for George Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue” and sourced from Plum Hill Vineyard in Gaston, this jazzy white wine is aged sur lie in stainless steel tanks for 6 months to produce a fuller-bodied wine. No malolactic fermentation allows crisp acidity, subtle minerality and spicy characteristics to take center stage.
NOSE: Rich, intense nose of grapefruit, sunbaked hay, tomato leaf, minerality.
PALATE: Savory texture and medium-bodied with a burst of pineapple, strawberry, candied Meyer lemon, and a long finish.
