Where the Magic Will Happen…

We often get asked whether we will be producing our wines on site. The reality is that setting up a wine production facility is a hefty undertaking. Not only is the equipment often extremely expensive, but the facility must be designed and fitted to meet rigorous operational, environmental, safety, and a whole host of other standards before it can be licensed.

For those reasons, it’s very common for a small winery to bring its fruit to a larger facility and have the actual wine production take place there. This allows a group of wineries to achieve economies of scale in equipment and labor costs, and also provides a community for sharing of best winemaking practices.

We are very excited to announce that we will be partnering with Adea Wine Company to produce our wines at their facility in nearby Gaston. Owners Dean and Ann Fisher and their family have been making hand crafting pinot noir in Oregon for more 20 years and we are delighted to be teaming up with—and learning as much as we can from—them.
