The awesome bargain used commercial dishwasher was delivered today…1/3 the price of the same model new, and cheaper than the lowest price new model we were considering. And the restaurant equipment store matched a cheaper online price for the brand new stainless lab sink. Sink came today too. Corey Cox from Cox Electric made an emergency drop in to hardwire the dishwasher and make sure it fired up, and Ryan Shelton from Platinum Plumbing spent a lot of time on the floor, hooking up the sink.
Also this week, we passed our final electrical inspection, and final mechanical is happening tomorrow. Hoping for final plumbing inspection on Friday.
