Bells Up winemaker Dave traveled to Eugene on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 to pour wine at 16 Tons Taphouse & Bottleshop. The shop’s wine collection curator is none other than The Real Wine Julia, wine writer, reviewer and blogger. She sat Dave down for a live Facebook interview before the tasting began.
In roughly 30 minutes, the two discussed the Bells Up story, Dave’s Cincinnati mentor Joe Henke of Henke Winery, tasting room color palette, Seyval Blanc planting and wine production plans, the names of our wines, and much more.
