After Brock’s crew felled the trees, Jerry and Casey came out to wrangle the logs and burn the pieces that weren’t usable by either the mill or as firewood. Fortunately it was too chilly to have the windows open in the house, otherwise we would have been smoked out! Because the fire was so big, it was too hot to go down and roast marshmallows (we even have a recommended pairing for that… chocolate!). Bummer!
Burn, baby, burn!
